Fiqh of Dawah
Course Overview
In this course, students will be trained in how to effectively call to Islam in the modern era. The course will highlight some of the common errors made when calling others to Islam, and provide students with an understanding of the principles and objectives of dawah upheld by the Prophets and Messengers.
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Understand the Islamic objectives of “dawah”
- Be familiar with the Prophetic way of calling to Islam, and understand how it differs from other methodologies.
- Understand the efficacy of debate in the context of dawah
